About this design
My dad took me to see 'Animal Farm' in play at our local theater and the only thing I can remember was being really jealous of the front three rows having to wear aprons so they didn't get the splattering mud on their clothes whilst human actors rolled around acting as talking pigs who used propaganda to brainwash other animals on the farm! Responsible for the propaganda was Squealer, a pig that "could turn black into white". Squealer managed to change the rule from "all animals are equal" to" all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others". He managed to convince the other animals that it was for their sake that the pigs ate most of the apples and drank most of the milk, that leadership was "heavy responsibility" It is a fascinating story that I will always admire and had to create a t shirt about.
